“SOCAR Georgia Gas”/ “Sakorggazi” is supplying natural gas to retail and direct customers as well as to other supplier companies throughout the country.
The natural gas supply prices for commercial customers are deregulated under the Order #69 of the Minister of Energy of Georgia, dated September 25, 2007 (see Annex). According to the Order, the cost of consumed natural gas is determined in accordance with the agreement concluded between the supplier and the customer.
The consumer has no other obligations than payment of the cost of consumed natural gas. While the supplier is obliged to fulfill contract terms in order to provide uninterrupted natural gas supply.
